Both stars scored twice for Bayern Munich who enjoyed
another good weekend as they pulled further clear of their rivals at
the top of the table
It was another superb weekend for Bayern Munich, who thrashed Hannover 4-0 and saw Borussia Dortmund stunned by Hamburg, Schalke lose to Hoffenheim and Leverkusen held by Paderborn. Hardly surprising, then, that there are two players from the Allianz Arena in Goal's Team of the Week.
Roman Burki has made a strong start to the season for Freiburg and takes the gloves after Christian Streich's side were held to a 1-1 draw by Werder Bremen at the Weserstadion, though it could have been worse as their goalkeeper was called into action to make a number of saves.
Naldo lines up at the back for a commanding performance at both ends of the pitch - complete with a goal - in Wolfsburg's 1-0 win over Augsburg, Niklas Sule kept the likes of Julian Draxler and Klaas-Jan Huntelaar quiet for Hoffenheim and Johan Djourou was the most impressive defender in Hamburg's unlikely win at Dortmund.
Karim Bellarabi celebrated his Germany call-up with a last-minute equaliser and a threatening performance for Bayer Leverkusen, Arjen Robben netted twice for Bayern as they demolished Hannover, Roberto Firmino set up both of Hoffenheim's goals in the 2-1 win over Schalke and though Pierre-Michel Lasogga may have grabbed the headlines for HSV, there was no doubting that Nicolai Muller was the key to victory for the minnows.
Alexander Meier scored twice in Eintracht Frankfurt's 3-2 victory over Koln, Robert Lewandowski found his feet at Bayern with two classy finishes against Hannover and Salomon Kalou helped Hertha Berlin come from behind to beat Stuttgart with two goals.
