FA Cup holders Arsenal will host Hull City in a
rematch of last season's final, as the draw for the third round was
revealed on Monday in Hull.
The tie was the first drawn out of the pots and drew a loud reaction from the local Tigers fans and a laugh from manager Steve Bruce.
Among other key fixtures, Liverpool will travel to AFC Wimbledon, a team that's only been in existence for 12 years. A previous incarnation of Wimbledon beat Liverpool in the 1988 final.
Meanwhile, Manchester United will go on the road to face either League One side Yeovil Town or League Two's Accrington Stanley, who first face a replay set for Dec. 16.
Premier League leaders Chelsea will stay at home to host Watford, while Manchester City host Sheffield Wednesday
Sunderland host Leeds in another rematch of a previous final -- the Black Cats won in 1973.
Only eight non-league teams remain in contention, with Blyth Spartans from seventh-tier Northern Premier League Premier Division the lowest ranked team still playing. They will host Championship side Birmingham City.
Third-round ties to be played between Jan. 3-5:
