Wayne Rooney is set to return to Manchester United's team against Manchester City on Sunday after fears he would miss the derby were dismissed.
The United captain was seen limping at an event with club sponsors on Monday, but sources close to the club told ESPN FC that the 29-year-old is fully fit.

The England international has not played for the club since September after he was suspended for three matches for his sending off against West Ham.

Rooney was named United's new captain in the summer following Nemanja Vidic's departure.
